Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Framely, the AI video pipeline at framely.si. Framely is provided by Lan Prijatelj s.p., a sole proprietorship registered in the Slovenian Business Register (AJPES), Pahorjeva ulica 8, 1231 Ljubljana-Črnuče, Slovenia, registration number 9581162000, VAT ID SI82986932, email support@framely.si (“we”, “us”).

By creating an account you accept these terms. How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

1. The service

Framely turns a brief into concepts, scripts, storyboards, stills and videos using third-party AI models. Each step costs a published number of tokens, shown before you run it, and a step is charged at the price shown when you start it. We may improve, change or replace features, models and token prices for future steps.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 and, if you use Framely for a company, authorised to act for it.
  • Use a real email address that you can receive mail at. Temporary and disposable addresses aren't accepted.
  • The free signup tokens are limited to one per person and inbox. Creating extra accounts to collect them again is not allowed, and we may remove bonus tokens obtained that way.
  • Keep your login secure. You're responsible for what happens in your account.

3. Tokens and payment

Token packs are sold through Stripe Managed Payments. Stripe, selling as “Sold through Link, LLC”, is the merchant of record for each purchase: it takes the payment, calculates and remits VAT, issues the invoice and handles chargebacks. Stripe's and Link's terms also apply to the purchase. Prices are in euros and include VAT.

  • Tokens are prepaid credits for Framely only. They have no cash value and can't be transferred.
  • Purchased tokens don't expire while your account exists.
  • If a generation step fails, its tokens are returned to your balance automatically, per image or video.
  • If a payment is refunded or disputed, the tokens from it are removed. Your balance can go below zero, which pauses new generation until it's topped up.

4. Refunds

Within 14 days of a purchase you can ask for a full refund of that token pack, as long as your balance still holds all of its tokens. Write to support@framely.si from your account email; the refund goes back through Stripe and the tokens are removed. Tokens you have already spent can't be refunded, because the generation happens immediately at your request. This doesn't limit any rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.

5. Your content and the outputs

You keep all rights in the briefs, brand details and other material you put into Framely. You give us permission to store and process it, and to send it to our AI providers, only as far as needed to run the service for you.

As between you and us, the concepts, scripts, images and videos generated for you are yours to use commercially. We don't use your content or outputs to train AI models, and we don't show them publicly without your permission. AI outputs may resemble material generated for others, and in some countries they may not be protected by copyright.

Check outputs before you publish them. You're responsible for making sure your campaign doesn't infringe trademarks, copyright or personality rights, and that its claims follow advertising law.

6. AI-generated content

Everything Framely generates is created by AI. It can be inaccurate, unexpected, or show people, places and products that don't exist. Files are delivered exactly as the models produce them, including any watermark or content credentials (C2PA metadata) that mark them as AI-generated. Don't remove these markings.

When you publish realistic images or video that could be taken for real (people, places or events), disclose that they are AI-generated. Article 50 of the EU AI Act requires this, and most social and ad platforms have their own labelling rules.

7. Acceptable use

Don't use Framely to create or attempt to create:

  • sexual content involving minors, or any content that sexualises minors;
  • sexual or intimate imagery of a real person, or any depiction of a real person without consent;
  • content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, hateful or violent;
  • deceptive political content, election disinformation, or fake news presented as real;
  • content that infringes someone else's intellectual property.

Also don't get around security checks, rate limits or token pricing, run multiple accounts to collect free tokens, scrape or overload the service, or resell access to it. Our AI providers apply automated safety filters; a step they block fails and is refunded.

8. Reporting content and contact point

Our single point of contact for users and for authorities under the EU Digital Services Act is support@framely.si, in English or Slovenian. To report illegal content, write to that address with where the content is, why you believe it's illegal and your contact details. We don't review projects routinely: we look at content only to give support, to act on a report or suspected abuse, or when the law requires it. If we remove content or restrict your account, we tell you why, and you can reply to contest the decision.

9. Suspension and closing your account

You can close your account at any time by writing to support@framely.si. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or where the law requires it. If we close your account or end the service for any other reason, we refund the purchased tokens left on your balance.

10. Liability

We work to keep Framely reliable but can't promise it will always be available or that outputs will suit a particular purpose. Keep your own copies of files you need.

If you use Framely as a business, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we're not liable for lost profits or indirect damage. If you're a consumer, we're liable as provided by law. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body or health.

11. Changes to these terms

We'll email you at least 30 days before a change that affects you materially. If you don't agree, you can close your account before it takes effect and get a refund of your remaining purchased tokens.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Slovenian law. Business users agree to the courts in Ljubljana. If you're a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in and can bring a claim there. Please write to support@framely.si first; most issues are quicker to solve directly.
